Common Questions
How does coaching work?
Everything is done online through the Everfit app, so you can live anywhere in Canada or the US. Once you apply, I'll be in touch within 24–48 hours. If we're a good fit, you'll choose your commitment length (4, 6, or 12 months), pick a start date, and complete an intake form. Within 48 hours I'll send your custom nutrition plan and get you set up in the app.Do I have to count calories or macros?
Not necessarily, we'll figure out what works best for you. Some clients track macros or protein, others focus purely on habits and balanced plates. The goal is awareness, not obsession.I'm really busy. How much time does this take?
About 15–20 minutes for your weekly check-in, and under 5 minutes per day for your daily log. New habits are introduced slowly, never all at once.What commitment lengths are available?
4, 6, or 12 months with discounts on longer commitments. After your initial term, you stay month-to-month until you give me 30 days notice. You're locked in at your signed rate for as long as you stay.Will my price go up after July 1st?
